My first post! I decided to finally make a blog, where I can share all my fashion outfits, cosplay progress, and things I learn and make along the way~ whether it be food, travel, wedding plans ;)
For my first post, I would like to talk about my first Anime Expo experience this past weekend! Anime Expo is the largest anime convention in North America. I never thought i'd ever get a chance to go since it is on the west coast and I live on the east coast. But opportunity came when I got round trip airfare with a Southwest Airlines deal and also hotel discounts from a friend. Anime Expo this year was from July 4-7. Day 1 is July 4rth, but I decided to explore California instead (more on my trip in my next post!) I attended on Day 2, Friday. I read on some forums that the lines to get your badges are really long. My friend waited an hour and half on Day 1 to get her badge. So I went on Day 2 as the registration line was supposed to open, at 8am. No line at all! I was able to walk right in and get my badge scanned and printed. No problems at all :)
