I've been looking for a cute ruffled off the shoulder dress all summer and I finally found it at Zara.  This denim off-the-shoulder dress was exactly what I was looking for, so I broke my 'never buy full price' rule.  At $49.90 it seemed reasonable if it was something I had been wanting to get and it is good quality.  I love the casual loose fit and I feel like I could throw this on easily when I go out in the summer.  The pockets are a great addition too.

During the Nordstrom anniversary sale this summer, I picked out these Halogen "Owen" Pointy Ghillie lace up flats in black leather.  This was also another trend I've been wanting to try.  At first I thought it would be really annoying to have to lace the shoes every time I wear it but it's actually not bad at all.  After I slip my foot in I just tie the strings around my ankle and tie a bow.  These flats are also super comfortable.

My favorite purchase of this summer is the Chanel wallet on chain with silver hardware during a Tradesy sale.  I found a seller listing it as brand new and I verified all the photos and packaging as authentic.  I will give further details about it in a future post, but so far I love this bag.  It is a lot easier to wear than my classic Chanel double flap medium bag and the chain is longer for crossbody use.  I feel I can get more use out of it for casual and special occasions.
